Details About The 2023 Boulder Creek Festival

The 2023 Boulder Creek Festival takes place Memorial Day Weekend, May 26th to 29th, between 9th and 14th Street and Canyon and Arapahoe. A welcoming party for summertime, this festival is the perfect chance to have some fun and celebrate the retirement of your winter coat (at least for a little while). Here’s what you need to know before you go:

Music to Your Ears

One of the staples of the Boulder Creek Festival is the musical lineup; this event features more than 30 bands across three different stages. The musical choices are eclectic, ranging from funk, bluegrass, and rock to instrumental, country, and more. Among the artists scheduled to perform include Liv Roumel, the 5280s, the Desert Furs, Deadphish Orchestra, Rocket Parade, Dog City Disco, the Zimmermans, and the Copper Children.

Shop Til You Drop

This festival offers a way to shop locally. Wares worthy of your wallet include apparel, art, crystals, photography, crafts, skincare, home goods, and more. The event hosts 200 vendors and counting, meaning there’s something for everyone.

Come Hungry

One of the main reasons to attend a festival is the food (and the Boulder Creek Festival is certainly ready to buddy up to your taste buds). It features food from all over the world, including Indian food, Cajun dishes, vegetarian selections, Kona ice, Brazilian cheese bread, burgers, tacos, lobster rolls, Greek gyros, BBQ, and nearly anything else you could possibly have a hankering for.

Bring the Kids

While kids won’t appreciate every aspect of this type of event (they’re probably not interested in that sweet deal you’ll get on artisan goods), the Boulder Creek Festival has tons of children-centric activities (including games, kids concerts, and children's performances). Kids can bounce around on giant inflatables, take a spin on the dance floor, or attempt to eat their body weight in ice cream.

The Boulder Creek Festival is free to enter and event attendees are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle and sunscreen. It’s scheduled to take place rain or shine, so plan accordingly if Mother Nature appears to have a thunderstorm up her sleeve.
